Sample Cases

Fictional customer problems, solved like an FDE.

Each case starts with a messy customer request, then turns it into questions, success criteria, an MVP architecture, tradeoffs, and a deployment plan.

Content format

Cards first, details second.

On desktop, cases are scannable cards. On mobile, they collapse into a single reading column so the customer request and proposed MVP stay easy to follow.

How each article reads

Not a case study pretending to know the answer.

The point is to show judgment: what to ask, what not to build, where AI is useful, where deterministic logic is safer, and how to make the first deployment boring enough to trust.

Customer-facing layer

Plain-language explanation, constraints, rollout plan, and how success will be measured.

Technical layer

Inputs, processing, model usage, integrations, human review, cost, reliability, and security.

FDE layer

Ambiguity handling, deployment ownership, communication, and feedback loops after launch.
